I’m Dr. Mica Riley! I've been diving deep into the health and fitness scene for more than a decade now. My jam? ACL injuries and all things barbell. You'll often catch me in the gym, totally hyped, with a barbell in hand, pushing to get strong AF. Been there, done that with multiple ACL injuries and surgeries, so I totally get what my fellow ACLers are going through. I've got loads of experience taking athletes from rock bottom post-surgery right back to dominating their game.
